Cintura: Mide tu cintura justamente por encima del ombligo entre el tórax y la cadera.
Cadera: Para medir la cadera hazlo aproximadamente 20 cm por debajo de la cintura y pasando la cinta por la parte más ancha de la zona de los glúteos.
